How do I pay for my order?

Once you've added your Items into you cart, the payment options available are Via Card, or paypal. 

What if I made an error on my shipping address?

To be sure that your package is shipped and delivered within the time frame specified, please proofread your address and ensure it is entered correctly with all relevant and/or required information for delivery before placing your order. Kindly ensure the use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable).

Oh so Fashion does not hold or accept responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided was incorrectly entered during the time of purchase.


What is the processing time once I place my order?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days. The first 2-3 business days allow for payments to be processed.
Please note this does not include holidays.


What if I place an order and my item is out of stock?

Please note, if your order includes multiple items and one or more of the items are out of stock, we will contact you via email.


Deliveries  
Please note all delivery & shipping fees are non-refundable.

There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Please check with your local Customs office for those charges if applicable to you.

Do you offer local delivery? (St. Maarten/Saint.Martin)
Yes, all local deliveries are conducted every Tuesdays ONLY.

Dutch side deliveries are $2.00
French side deliveries are $3.00

Free Delivery: Qualify for free deliveries on orders of $95.00/Euro 95 or more.

 

Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please keep in mind the processing time of 2-3 days prior to shipping.

International shipping cost is calculated at check-out based on your region.

When your order has shipped, an email will be sent with your tracking details. Please check your email for all tracking and shipping information updates. In some cases, you may need to check your spam mail or junk mail.

Once your order is delivered (signed off by someone in your household/attempted to be delivered) we are no longer responsible for the package.

Please note, once we have shipped your order, we do not have access or control over its delivery time.


What if I have a delivery claim?

Oh so fashion does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Before reporting non-receipt of a package that is reported as delivered, please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members, or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered.

If your package is still lost or missing, you must contact us as soon as possible. We will be more than happy to assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process.

 

What if I would like to cancel my order?
Kindly note all order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once an order has shipped and a tracking number provided, the order can no longer be cancelled.
